REFUND POLICY

TERMS OF SALE

Prices shown are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change. Images of products shown without any advertised price beside that image are not offered for sale. Unless otherwise stated, any accessories shown in any image of products are not included in the price. We reserve the right to correct any errors published on the website.

Special order products which need to be ordered from a supplier cannot be cancelled once the order from the supplier has been placed. If the item is on back order we will contact you with an estimated time frame.

REFUND POLICY

Change of Mind - 7 Day Limit

If you change your mind and no longer wish to own any product that has been purchased from Natural Edge Furniture, the goods may be returned within 7 days from the date of receiving item if delivery was selected, or 7 days from the purchase date in store. You are responsible for the cost of return freight.

Once your request for return has been approved, ensure you clearly mark your name and contact details. The item must not be used and it must be wrapped/packaged so the return label is attached to the wrapping - not the product or its packaging. 

This needs to be done so that once the packaging is removed, the item(s) is in its original condition and can be put on the shelf again to get a full refund of the value of the goods. Please ensure that it is packed so that it is not damaged in transit. The customer bears all responsibility for the item until it is delivered at Natural Edge Furniture.

Items returned which have been used and/or are not in the original packaging and cannot be re-sold as new will not be accepted. Once we have received the product from you in satisfactory resalable condition, we will issue you with a store credit for the full cost of the goods within 3-5 days, excluding the original cost of freight and insurance.

SITUATIONS WHEN A CUSTOMER MAY RETURN AN ITEM.

Faulty goods

Goods may be returned by the customer if they believe the goods are faulty, in this case the return of goods is managed by the warranty process. If the fault is minor, we will at our discretion, repair or replace the item within a reasonable time. If there is a major failure with the item, you may choose a refund, exchange or repair.

Where an item is damaged through misuse or abnormal use we cannot provide a refund, exchange or repair.

When the customer has bought the wrong product

We will accept return of incorrectly bought goods provided:

  • The goods are unused
  • The goods are in their original packaging
  • Are returned within 7 days of receiving delivery or 7 days from purchase from the store

The customer must pay for the cost of returning the goods and Natural Edge Furniture will refund the cost of the goods excluding the original cost of freight and insurance.

SITUATIONS WHEN A CUSTOMER MAY NOT RETURN AN ITEM.

Change of Mind

You may change your mind and return goods up to 7 days after receiving delivery or 7 days after purchase from the store. Customers may not return goods simply because they have changed their minds after 7 days. Change of mind returns are accepted provided: 

  • The goods are unused
  • The goods are in their original packaging
  • Are returned within 7 days of receiving delivery or 7 days from purchase from store

The customer must pay for the cost of returning the goods and Natural Edge Furniture will credit the cost of the goods excluding the original cost of freight and insurance.

Custom Made Goods

Customers may not return goods that have been modified to meet their needs, for example - sandpaper cut to length, custom made furniture etc.
Modified goods may not be returned under any circumstances.

Epoxy, Finishes, Glues & Other Liquids

Customers may not return under any circumstances epoxy, finishes, glue and other liquids due to risk of improper storage and/or contamination.

PPE and Personal Products 

Due to the possible health implications, customers may not return under any circumstances any PPE or Personal Products that have been opened or used in any way. Including but not limited to: masks/respirators, gloves, glasses/goggles etc.
